Registration Instructions

To Register for the SCVA High Performance tryouts:

Click the registration link in the middle box on the main page and follow instructions.  For tryouts we DO NOT have a credit card option.  Only check (made payable to "SCVA") or cash accepted.

Once you have completed the registration link, please print and complete the medical release form.  Then mail both the completed medical release form along with payment to our office at:
